We contacted Magic Window for a replacement sliding door. Our salesperson called back within 24 hours and met with us in our home following all Covid protocol. Derek was very courteous and explained details of the manufacturing process. Our delivery did take longer than anticipated , and when it was installed the process was very efficient. What a difference a well made door makes. We would recommend Magic Window .
