Magic

While our project manager was lovely and very reasonable, we faced significant challenges come installation time. Although the installation team was pleasant, the installation manager was rude, condescending, and made it evident that Magic does not value customer service as much as it proclaims. The install manager compared the window installation process to Rogers (notorious for poor service). Here's hoping we do not need to avail of the warranty because Im unsure how that will go!

The windows, which we've had for about a month now, are satisfactory but nothing special. However, we will not be returning to Magic for the remainder of our windows nor will we be referring you to family and friends. As their installation manager indicated, we were a "small job" and it seems Magic values its customers based on their spending so our business and any subsequent referrals won't be missed.
