I called Magic because I noticed the caulking of one window was separated from the frame. Magic came the next day and replaced the caulking. The technician also inspected the other windows and replaced caulking of one other window.
The technician also noticed that there were missing water trap doors in the bottom of my patio door (supposed be be 2 in each side but there was only one). He came after 2 days to install them.
So far, I am happy with Magic. The initial installation 3 years ago was excellent and the after-sales service has been great as well.
