Great job installing new doors/windows. They worked hard and finished in 2 days. Looks great. We are very happy with the work and add one more window in our master bathroom. Would recommend this company to anyone looking at replacing doors/windows.

We were very pleased with the service from start to finish. Dimitri came over for a consultation. He showed us the windows first hand that we would be purchasing. The 2 other companies we had received quotes from were not as detailed as Galaxy was with explaining what we were buying and actually showing us the product.

The installation was done in about 7 1/2 hours for 9 windows and they were flexible with our schedule. Alex and his partner did a great job. The finishing was excellent and we already see a big difference in the appearance of the house and most importantly, they work as intended and we can feel the temperatures in all the rooms are the same now. (we had 30+ year windows previously)

Like the other people here, we also found that they provide top-notch customer service and we are very happy with the quality and the look of the door. We especially liked that we were given all the relevant information at the initial meeting with Dmitri about how to choose the right door for us. The installation, performed by Alex, was on time and at a very professional manner. We will definitely recommend Galaxy WD to everybody.

His quote was amongst the best I received from 5 different companies and I signed with him on the spot. I am very happy with the windows and it made an immediate impact, making my cold drafty house warm again. The front door looks amazing and I’ve had many comments from my neighbours about how nice it looks and what an improvement it made to my home. Alex and his team of installers were all very professional and polite, and went the extra mile to address all of my questions and to finish things off exactly as I wanted. We are very happy with the whole process, from the initial consultation/quotes to the actual installation. Dimitri has been very helpful in answering and addressing our concerns and questions along the way. Alex and his team did an excellent job installing our windows (25 in total). Their work was efficient and clean. We could feel the difference with the new windows right away, especially the rooms facing north that used to be cold and drafty are nice and warm now throughout the whole winter. Thanks!

The guys are great first he came over to give me a quote he wasnt in hurry or perusered me in anyway and talk about every little detail cuz i wanted a certain type of trim and sill in the bedroom windows .in the living room i went from straight window To a bow window it just gives a awsome look because the guys did it very neatly. Since im a picky very picky guy and i am 110 staisfied from them. There were no damages or crack on wall wen they took out old trim flooors were all covered and very nicely cleaned up outside and especially inside alex is awsome asmatter fact they were all respectfull after seeing the windows done at my home my uncle wants his done they guys are professional

Dmitri spent a great deal of time explaining to us the method used in constructing the windows and what type of windows he thought best for our home. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The two installers took only one day o remove then install the windows. They were very efficient and professional and worked very hard. They also removed all the old windows and cleaned up very thoroughly. We are very happy with our new windows and the workmanship, all done at a reasonable price.
