After doing my research on moving companies I went with Citi Lines, I moved a 3 bedroom house from Brampton to Malton ,the price was competitive but the service was great they had proper dollies, moving supplies plus 2 wardrobe boxes for my clothes. they wrapped everything and moved smoothly out of my house. the workers did a great job and took good care of all my belongings.

I promised Rick my contact at Citi lines that if everything went as planned that I would write a review of their services...... Rick you’re the man great job!

What a smooth move day! The hardest part was the settlement. Citi Lines Moving was the first company I called to get rates for moving and by the time I hung up the phone, I decided to go with them. I had a date in mind that would work with my settlement but that was a nightmare. I had to call Citi Lines to reschedule and they had no problem with it. I expected to have to pay some kind of extra charge for it but to my surprise, Citi Lines accomodated my request without penalties. The movers came and moved me out of my old house and into my new residence in under 6 hours! When we got to my new house, I paid the leader and they moved me in. I asked if there was anything I could do to help and they just told me to relax and they will take care of everything! and they really did. They ended up finishing a couple minutes before they expected to so I got a small refund. I took about 10 business cards from Brian and handed them all out to my co-workers and my cousin and her friend. I'll definitely be using Citi Lines Moving again.

I want to start by saying that it was a true pleasure to work with Andrew from citilines moving. He was very relaxed and patient with me when I called you a dozen times with soooo many questions you were able to have answers for me right away so thank you for that. As far as the crew that came to my house to pack me up were very very easy to work with they were very professional with handling each of my items which was very comforting to me they just made it so easy and pleasurable for me. I would definitely use citi lines moving again and I would definitely refer you to any of my friends that need a moving company. Many Thanks for everything it was a true pleasure to work with citi lines moving.

ronnie and his crew were super polite and friendly, took extra good care of our things, and made absolutely sure that they put the pieces of furniture where we wanted them exactly. They were very fast and efficient. We have moved 4 times in 10 years, used big companies in the past with rude movers who did not know what they were doing (and cost 50% more!). This move changed my view of moving - this is definitely the best experience we have had and we will for sure use Citi Lines Moving again the next time we move!

I did not move far, it was one of the very ordinary local move from Woodbridge to Etobicoke, which probably is never taken seriously by many reputed moving companies. But this Eco-friendly moving company took every measures to make sure I land up safe. They were never casual about my move but they surely said that there is \"nothing to worry\" because they have coordinated such moves earlier and they were all successful.

Yes, I trust them because they made my move seamless and enjoyable.

Just a quick note to let you know how impressed my Mother and I are with your company, and in particular, Ron, Navi and Dave. We moved from a 4 bedroom detached home in Brampton to a three level townhome in Brampton and we have a lot of very heavy stuff. These three guys went way beyond the call of duty to move us quickly, safely (no breakage at all) and with great humor. It took so much of the stress of moving off our shoulders, we can't thank you enough. We have already recommended you to friends and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work.

These guys are the biggest scam ever. Told me over the phone the move would cost $65/hr for 2 guys plus 130 for travel fees. On the day of move, after a 1/2 hour un-scheduled lunch break, and 2hrs into the move they gave my wife a bill for $700!!!!!!!!!! Please tell everyone you know to avoid these guys. I am also going to file a claim with the better business bureau.
