I’m so glad that I happened upon Professional Tree Services when looking for help with my tree needs at a Toronto residential rental property that I manage. I had such a positive experience with this company on this project time that I soon used Professional Tree Services a second time at another residential rental property. The owner, Enrique, was always prompt to return my calls, quick to visit the sites and very efficient in providing a quote in a timely manner (I did not experience this when contacting some of the competition). In addition, Enrique’s prices were far better than the competition (I received multiple quotes). Enrique proved himself very knowledgeable in his field; offering really good advice and making suggestions that looked out for my best interests, which in turn looked out for my client’s best interests. Enrique was accommodating in working around my schedule, extremely professional from start to finish, and very considerate with the tenants and neighbours when working on site. Enrique was friendly and genuine, making it a true pleasure dealing with him. I manage several residential rental properties in Toronto where there are many trees that need tending to; I will 100% use this company’s services again as the need arises.
