Had to replace the shingles on my entire roof, 2 story home. they were in and out in one day. They did an excellent job, fast, and were very considerate with any questions I had. Highly recommended, great price, and very easy to get in contact with.

We sought 3 estimates and TR&C came back with a comprehensive, easy-to-understand job description with a fair price. Terry Butler was great to work with. His workers kept our property clean and safe and the job was done in a day. We highly recommend them.

I had found these guy on HomeStars, and the reviews were so universally positive that I hired them. Now I'm writing a similarly glowing review. The quote was competitive, and came in exactly at the quoted price. They did a wonderful job, all in 1 day, cleaned up to the point you'd never know they were there (and if you saw the mess mid-day you'd never believe it possible!), and the boss/owner, Terry Butler, was wonderful to deal with. Gave full explanations of everything, answered all my questions, and was available and responsive. Unlike bigger companies, he has his own crew of long-time, skilled, experienced workers, no sub-contractors like the bigger firms use. Thus control of quality was superb. I'd recommend Toronto's Roofing & Contracting Inc. to anyone in Toronto needing roof work.

Had some leaking into attic from around chimney. An other company came to give me an estimate and said I would have to replace the whole chiminey. The price was quite high. These guys had a look and said tuck pointing and sealling would trace care of the problems and the fix would last quite some time. The cost was much less and I had them patch around one of the roof vents and correct some of the eaves drainage. The repair was successful and I am happy with the look of the chimney.

We went with Terry and his company after researching several other roofing contractors. We were impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. Both my wife and I like to support local businesses and could not be more satisfied. The crew showed up on time; actually about 30 minutes early! They got to work quickly and worked straight through until the job was finished. Our neighbour was so impressed that they had their roof done as well. A job well done!

This is the second property I've used Terry on and it won't be the last. Another 10/10 experience. The roof looks great and I'm sure it wasn't easy in the colder weather! He even thought ahead and installed a vent in our dormer section to help with air flow as a courtesy. I don't know if he encountered any issues as the price I was quoted, was the price I paid. Not a penny more.

I called 5 highly reviewed roofing companies from this site to evaluate my flat roof. I wasn't satisfied with any of them. From being told that the soonest they could start was in a month, only having one of them actually go up to take a look, or asking for a $1500 deposit up front, options were looking grim.

Then I called Toronto Roofing. I got in touch with the owner Terry Butler, and he came out the same day to evaluate. What a guy. From the moment you meet him you're put at ease. He gave an assessment of my old flat roof, and clearly presented my options to me with a quote that beat all other competitors. Despite a hectic schedule he agreed to the job, and asked for NO cash up front, merely saying he'd give me a heads up next week when He'd arrive.

Terry and his Crew were a class act, from start to finish, arriving when they said they would and finishing in a few hours. I was made to understand the whole process, and was invited to take a look at the roof before and after. What a great job. Terry's crew were highly professional, leaving the site just as neat as before they arrived. I can't stress what a relief it is to find an exceptional roofer that you can have complete confidence in. If Mike Holmes is the guy you want renovating your home, then Terry Butler of Toronto's Roofing & Contracting Inc. is the guy you want to look after your roof. I have been in contact with several local roofing companies from Toronto, Pickering and Ajax and have had as many as 4 different quotes for my roof. I was looking for price and just as important, quality. Some companies call you back "in a few days" and others dont call you back at all. It took me almost 4 weeks to get 4 quotes and a couple of wasted days waiting for a roofer who didnt show up at all.... and along came Terry of Toronto's Roofing & Contracting Inc. He was only one of two that showed up on time as scheduled per appointment. Right away I felt comfortable with Terry. He encouraged me to come up on the roof with him to see for myself what he was going to be quoting on. (He was the only one who did so)
Completely professional, polite and accomidating. He took the time to explain what had to be done and why. I grilled him with any and every question I could think of.... he never broke a sweat. Instead, he answered ALL my questions and corrected some things that other contractors had told me and quoted on. My mind was finally at ease! His pricing was very competetive but his professionalism and knowledge is really what sold me. When his crew showed up to start the job all of them where on time (8am) and courteous. Everyone on site new their role and what they had to do and were doing it. My roof is fairly large so they needed to come back the next day. When they left at the end of day 1 they cleaned up all around the house...it was fantastic! You would never know there was any work being done at all. Next morning like clockwork all where present and working at 8am. They finished up around 1pm that afternoon. The roof looked fantastic! What a major improvement to the appearance of my home.
Terry dropped by that afternoon to check on the progress and ask me if I had any questions or concerns. I had none. It was a rare and wonderful experience. I have an investment property that will soon require a roof. Im not worried...I know who Im going to call. I would highly recommend Terry (Toronto's Roofing & Contracting Inc.) to anyone that wants a professional, reliable and honest quote on your roofing job.
