Terry arrived on time, inspected the job in a thorough manner, provided expert and honest advice and provided a detailed and reasonable written estimate. When the weather turned sour, he made a point of calling to assure me that I was not forgotten and that the job would proceed at the first opportunity. He called to arrange a convenient time for the work; the crew turned up as advertised, worked diligently, and the job turned out very well. What I particularly liked was Terry's frank and honest approach, his willingness to communicate with the customer to explain the work, make adjustments according to the client's requests and put customer service first and foremost. Great job; highly recommended!
