All Steel Roofing Systems

We had a metal roof installed by Allsteelroofing from Barrie in 2017, also had soffits and eavestrough done. We have had a couple or problems with the soffit and eavestrough and now we have a bit of damage due to house painters stepping on the tiles. I would just like to get a roofer whose familiar with this product to fix these problems. I am willing to pay for repairs but I can't get a hold of anyone or get anyone to call me back. Not sure if they are still in business. Originally I had recommended this company to people when they asked about our roof. I wish I hadn't now!
Anyway I would stay away from this business. I notice it is not BBB certified - original fliers indicated it was. Anyway if anyone who does roofing and can help me reads this post a response where I can contact you.

We paid for a new roof in 2008 and they came out and stripped our roof with the old metal taken off and put there roof on. They were suppose to put vapour barrier on first as promised but they never did. They were suppose to put roof vents in but never did. Until a tree limb fell on our house and damaged the roof we found out they did nothing as promised. When the roofers came out to replace the roof that's when we found out about the no vapour barrier and no vents. Tried to contact by phone and e-mail and they totally avoided us. Be aware of this company. They will take your money but won't honour there warranty. Your going to have to chase after them. We have put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and are seeking legal procedure.

Snowguards did not work and ice dented tiles on lower roof. Snowguards are bent and have asked for their new ones for over 5 years now and Branko the GM has not responded. This Company has no clue when it comes to serving customers.

Very pleased with product after 15 years of instalation on our house (3000 square feet bungallow) . Maybe the color just fade a little but no leaks. Stills looks great.

I only give reviews one year after services completed.Fantastic! It lòoks wonderful! First bad rain it leaked around the chimney, they came and fixed it immediately and never leaked since. They are all highly trained to install this roof. Installers were european decent who take pride in their work. Was done in 3 days, very efficient and expert job done! Highly recommend them.

We started doing our due diligence 3 years ago to find a roofing system that would meet our Environmental and Green Living Style. We decided to go with the All Steel Roofing System and we love it!!!
The installers were professional, conscientious, prompt and focused. The attention to detail, product quality and overall finish exceeded our expectations. We just installed the system the 3rd week in October 2016 and we couldn't be happier with our decision. We would recommend this roofing system any day of the week.

Company came fairly quickly to cover the existing leak from old shingles last August/September. Delivery of supplies was late, roof looked terrific when finished. There were two issues we asked to be fixed, a leak at the front corner of the house by our front entrance and water showering over back deck. We have called and spoken to Mike and were promised it would be fixed, we have left voicemail and email. Even had an employee call to say he was coming on a certain day to fix it and he never showed up. It has not been fixed, and we are left with a dangerous slippery driveway in winter when snow melts, leaks on driveway and turns to ice. We are not happy customers as ten months is too long to fix a small problem.

This is a great company. The roof looks great and the workers were very fast and punctual. The garage roof was initially not part of the quote so we were expecting to have to do it ourselves (the pitch was low). They ended up doing it for us at no extra cost! Saved my husband a lot of time.
All other companies quoted a 5-7 week lead time once the contract was signed. All Steel Roofing had the job done within 1 week of signing the contract. Plus the warranty is very simple and straight foward, no small print to worry about.
