This was by far the best decision I made during my move. Both staff (Holm and Rowan) were incredibly friendly, helpful, and very patient. They worked fast and asked for my input before they moved a delicate piece of furniture as it was at risk of falling apart during the move. They then hammered in some extra nails (with my permission) and the piece of furniture survived! The move took longer than we both thought because I had a LOT of stuff and they didn't complain once. In fact we had to give the elevator we had on reserve to someone else who had reserved it and both of them were very calm about it and had no trouble using the passenger elevator to finish the job. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone moving who wants one less thing to stress about. I will continue to use this company for any future moves I make, and strongly recommend them to family, friends and co-workers.
