We only had a small amount of stuff to move and our new apt. was just a few blocks away.
I didn't want to get stuck with a big fixed charge (travel, gas, min no. of hours etc) as I expected the move to take an hour or less
Zaid was quick to respond to my enquiry and transparent on the pricing (hourly rate + 1 hour for travel/gas). He got in touch again the day before the move to re-confirm and arrived promptly on the day. He and his colleague were friendly, efficient and professional. There was no damage to our stuff or the walls etc.
In the end the move took 1hr 20mins (I had been overly optimistic) and I was charged for 1hr 30mins (which is better than paying for an extra hour!)
I'll definitely use Zaid for our next move and would recommend him to any in need of a removals firm
