I have been going to Joseph for all my computer services and find him to be very professional and reliable.
Last week my daughter spilled water on her brand new macbook pro which we just purchased in December 2013. Even though it was under warranty with apple, when we took it to them, they did not honor the warranty as it was liquid damage and considered personal negligence.
The cost to repair it was very expensive from apple, and so I took our macbook pro to Joseph.
As usual, Joseph took a look and told me the price and when i had told him to go ahead, he had the computer ready for me in 2 days.
Now I have the macbook pro back and it is like new. Excellent work done.

About a month ago, I had purchased a new computer system with 2 monitors and a All-in-one laser printer and wanted it to be setup in my house. I am not very knowledgeable to setup all the wires, etc. and so I needed help to setup. Since I lived in toronto, I decided to give Pete from PC onsite a call as he is also in Toronto. Pete came by to setup the computer, but by the time he left, my brand new system had no display coming on either of my monitors. Computer would turn on and I had a blank screen. He looked like he did not have the experience to setup my new computer or to repair the problem he had created, so I had to let him go with my computer being worse that how we started.
I then gave Joseph a call and he came by the next day appointment to help me. When he came over, he kind of knew what the problem was. I was much more comfortable since, Joseph did appear to be much more experienced and knew exactly what to do.
Even the advise which Joseph gave me when i asked questions, made a lot more sense.
Long story short, within 2 hours, he fixed the problem which the other person created and had my computer, printer, scanner and wifi all setup as I had wanted.
Because of the bad experience I had with PC onsite, I decided to hold off on a review for Joseph (just incase something goes wrong). It has been over a month now and I have not had any issues. I therefore give Joseph my highest recommendation.

I cannot recommend enough the excellent service by Jennie and Joseph at Fujitech. They are courteous, knowledgeable, honest, professional and very reasonably priced. They give you great advice and will not do any work that is not necessary. I am very happy with their service and highly recommend them.

The problem was that my computer is 11-years old and I couldn't afford to re-install Windows, since I don’t have installation packages for some software on my computer and some software cannot be installed on modern computers with Windows 7 or Windows 8. I would also lose my data associated with the software.
Initially I went to “Canada computers” where I was told that my computer is not repairable and the only solution is to find exactly the same motherboard (11 years old!!!).
As the last resort, I went to Fujitech Technologies.
Joseph was able to fix my computer.

Long story short: My computer stopped working late last week (so slow I wouldn't bother with it) I checked Homestars at work Friday the 6th and first called PC Service on Site as they had great reviews and were closer. I was promised a call to "walk me through" fixing my computer myself 2 days later (the 8th) That call never came. I was very disappointed with the lack of service, and NEED a functioning computer. I called Fujitech Technologies Monday the 9th and I had AMAZING service from them. Joseph returned my call within 20 minutes. I explained I was in need of a fast repair. He said he worked till 7 pm, but could come after work (wow!) He arrived by 8 pm and worked at my house (on both desktop and laptop) until 10 pm. (I don't know when he sleeps). He was polite, helpful, and best of all, an expert on what he does. He was actually $20 less per hour than my first call and actually came to my house--after work--that day (which I truly appreciate because I know NOTHING about computers and was NOT looking forward to fixing it myself via a phone call). I'm still astounded by such incredible and efficient service. I will recommend Joseph and Fujitech to everyone I know. AMAZING!!!!

I had come across fujitech searching on homestars and based on the reviews I decided to call joseph to help me solve my problem of weak wireless signal in my house.
Joseph came and did a checkup and then gave me a solution to use a wireless device to boot and expand my wireless signal in the house.
after installation, now I have very good wireless internet signal all around my house. Very professional service.

I have a HP 22" Touchscreen PC which suddenly died and cannot boot up.
I took it back to where I purchased it but it was out of warranty and they wanted $450 and 2weeks to replace the Logic board.
My colleague suggested me to go to see Joseph of Fujitech Technologies as she has had good service from them.
Joseph took a look and immediately knew what the problem was.
He repaired my mainboard of the computer and I was able to get back my computer the next day.
