About a month ago, I had purchased a new computer system with 2 monitors and a All-in-one laser printer and wanted it to be setup in my house. I am not very knowledgeable to setup all the wires, etc. and so I needed help to setup. Since I lived in toronto, I decided to give Pete from PC onsite a call as he is also in Toronto. Pete came by to setup the computer, but by the time he left, my brand new system had no display coming on either of my monitors. Computer would turn on and I had a blank screen. He looked like he did not have the experience to setup my new computer or to repair the problem he had created, so I had to let him go with my computer being worse that how we started. I then gave Joseph a call and he came by the next day appointment to help me. When he came over, he kind of knew what the problem was. I was much more comfortable since, Joseph did appear to be much more experienced and knew exactly what to do. Even the advise which Joseph gave me when i asked questions, made a lot more sense. Long story short, within 2 hours, he fixed the problem which the other person created and had my computer, printer, scanner and wifi all setup as I had wanted. Because of the bad experience I had with PC onsite, I decided to hold off on a review for Joseph (just incase something goes wrong). It has been over a month now and I have not had any issues. I therefore give Joseph my highest recommendation.
