Joseph has repaired our computers before. Our laptop would not connect to the internet. I took it over to his store, he looked at it and confirmed that it had a virus. He took the computer for a day and called me to confirm that it was working properly. I picked up the computer the next day.
It cannot be simpler or better. Joseph's service and skills are just great!
