I have been going to Joseph for my computer services for over a year ever since my colleague had referred me to them.
Joseph has helped me take care of my laptop overheating and shutting down and also have replaced my keyboard when I accidently spilled coffee on it.
This Monday was a disaster for me, as I got a virus in my computer in the middle of my project which was due on Tuesday. I was already tight in meeting my college deadline for submission and i suddenly get an Police Warning screen locking me out of my computer.
I took it to Joseph and he as usual he was helpful and put me on priority and had the virus removed and I got back my computer the same day.
It was such a relief that I could submit my project on time and I am very thankful to Joseph for helping me in my time of need.
