It has always been a pleasure to deal with Joseph and this is probably the 7th or 8th time I have used his services. As usual he has managed to revive my computer which had a problematic hard drive and recover all my over 10years of data from it.
Excellent service as usual and a big thumbs up from my side.

As I had suggested, please keep the old hard drive for another week or so before you throw it out. Once you are 100% sure you have all the files, then you may discard the old drive.
