Wing back chair and occasional chair
Sorry to hear about your experiences, I have to say I had an amazing experience.
I spoke to Audrey in customer service and she was very professional and we were able to work out a better deal then their competitors. I was able to get a full size wing back chair and an occassional chair for under $2000.00. The competitors quoted over $2300.00.
The occassional chair had a lot of wood that needed a lot of work as it was over 80 years old and very neglected. I am very please with their work and a price less then their competitors. I know you can't get everything for free but I hope they did good work on your furniture so it wasn't a waste. I know a lot of times people only post complaints to help vent and the praises go unnoticed but I have to say I am very pleased with their work and would recommend their work to anyone.
