Kailen and Mike were at the old address exactly on time. They looked at the items to be moved and brought in blankets, wrap and tape along with garment boxes. They covered and wrapped all the items in record time and the truck was loaded in no time flat. They both were professional and friendly and assisted in any way needed including rearranging furniture and attaching a mirror to a dresser. The total move time was less than 4 hours to load and unload a one bedroom apartment using stairs at both the old and new address, which really surprised both of us. They were efficient and careful when handling all our furniture. Our sincere thanks and appreciation to Katilen, Mike and Firemen Movers. We have recommended the company to some people who are also moving here in Brantford.

John and Ryan provided excellent service; worked hard and were very professional. Two top-notch employees. The company had all the moving supplies necessary to make the move very clean. All the furniture was protected and delivered without incident. Wow. I am impressed.

We used Firemen Movers based on a friend's previous experience and we are more than thrilled. We moved in about a month ago but we still wanted to give a shout out to Kyle, Ryan and John for doing such a great job. Very professional, efficient and punctual! We were impressed from the very beginning when we met the owner Doug. He was on time, honest, and we could tell that this was one solid operation. No subcontractors, no empty promises! We could definitely see the professionalism, training and respect instilled by Doug. He obviously runs his company with the solid foundations of the Firefighter Academy! Price was more than fair and they actually came UNDER budget. We were always kept in the loop, and we received up to the minute status updates on ETA, arrivals, and storage status. We set up a huge move in a matter of a weeks notice, because of our circumstances we had to find a moving company on short notice. Fireman movers stepped up to the plate, returned my initial enquiry phone call within an hour, courteous, polite....came the next day for a quote. Within a matter of days we had a truck set up and 3 very polite, courteous conscientious movers at our door. Moving was efficient, they packed all our belongings with care and attention, they met us at our new house on time and we were unpacked within hours. I highly recommend this company. Quote came in within what we expected at day's end was less as these guys were so efficient. I definitely recommend them to our real estate firm, family and friends. Very happy. No damage to any of our belongings, either house on way out or in. Very polite employees.

We engaged Firemen Movers to move our home. Jesse, Jaime, Chris, Kailen and Moses attended our home and were professional and over the top friendly and helpful. My brother had used them to move homes and also had the same positive experience. The lads were very careful with our things, and fast to disassemble and reassemble beds and other items.

Great experience. The quote was accurate, no surprises. Pleasant surprise when the movers, Kailen and Ennio, took apart and reassembled my two beds for me... huge help! They also supplied wardrobes for my clothes, a busy day with minimal stress thanks to these hard working guys. A+ movers

My husband and I moved this past weekend and we hired Firemen Movers to help us with our move. We cannot express how grateful we are for all of their help! We moved into a townhouse with numerous stairs and narrow hallways, which made for a very tiring and painful move. The movers were so great at being able to work with tight spaces but also went above and beyond when some of the larger pieces wouldn't fit. We couldn't have done the move without them!

I would like to take the time to thank Jesse, Jake and Ahmed for the great job. They arrived on time and ere extremely professional. They handled our antique furniture with extreme care, to make sure that nothing was damaged during our move. This being what I would consider a difficult move we were moving from a three story home into an apartment which was a three story walk up and a two story apartment they reminded good natured and courteous throughout. \thank you again for the great job,

I was pregnant and the movers came to move stuff out of our household. They scratched a few ikea items - not a big deal until months later I found out that the piece they had convinced me to put in a corner in the basement - a danish mid century modern piece - worth thousands - was bashed along all sides in ten places. Not only did they damage it but they made sure I would not discover it. I would never have paid them to move items - they did not cover items well enough, even when asked to cover better and that it was precious - cellophane does not cut it.
