When you think of firemen you think of totally honest/reliable. This was a small move. When I explained the move to one of the owners, it sounded like the cost would be about 200 with tax. That hooked me in.
Turns out, it was close to $300.
Are they even allowed to use their affiliation as firemen for a private company?
Employees seemed nice enough.

I explained that it would be a minimum of 1 hour labor and 1 hour travel at $109 per hour plus GST. I also explained that I couldn't say exactly how long it would take to professionaly wrap and secure her dining room set and deliver it from Oakville to Brampton but if it takes more than an hour we would have to charge her for any time beyond that. It ended actually taking 1.5 hours in total. I am sorry that our client does not remember it this way and Firemen Movers takes very seriously the way and standard to which we treat each and every one of our clients.Lorne Babiuk
