On balance, exceeded my expectations
Moving & Storage review in

Firemen Movers packed, stored and moved our belongings. We nteracted with about 12 employees over 5 days. All but one ( who was below average and was significantly below expectations) were outstanding which is a pretty good ratio of outstanding employees to below average. Lorne ( one of the founders and our first point of contact) and the office manager , Melisa, are extremely professional, polite and confidence inspiring. The other nine employees who I rate as outstanding were also very polite and professional. One piece of furniture was damaged and the company had it repaired to our satisfaction.
We will engage the company again.
