We were very pleased and impressed with Firemen Movers (FM)from the moment of the first phone call. Janice the FM Administrator was extremely professional, compassionate and accomodating. We had a health issue that needed to be considered and Janice was very understanding and alttered some details for us. The crew was professional and courteous.We had a queen boxspring that could not fit into the apartment elevator so two of the crew managed to carry it up 7 flights of stairs! Wowthat is service! Thank you to FM for making the move stress free!
