M&R did an excellent job repairing a damaged section of my cedar roof. They were competitively priced, quick and pro-actively addressed other potential areas of concern. Moreover they provided excellent follow up after the job was complete.

Our house has both a flat roof and a pitched roof with shingles. When they needed replacement, we decided on M&R based on a friend's recommendation and the competitive quote they provided. We had a hard time deciding on colour, so Maciej came by with colour samples and provided us with tons of pictures of past jobs, as well as addresses that we could check out. Based on this meeting, we knew right away that these guys are pros! The job itself was completed as scheduled - in fact, it only took 2 days! The crew was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Plus they worked efficiently and kept the property clean. We are very pleased with the way the new roof looks, and we feel confident that the job was done right. I had contacted M&R Roofing based on the excellent work that was done on my neighbors roof and Homestars customer reviews of the company. I was more impressed by their prompt action and repair they did when they damaged my parents eavestrough during my neighbour's roof job. Most companies would not be concerned with the other neighbour's property. I met Maciej Kiersnowski on the apointment time he setup. He was very knowledgeable and put you at ease. He outline various options I can choose from with the pros & cons of each. He got back to me promply with a detail quote that same night. Once I agreed on which option, Maciej replied back to let me know when a crew would be available to do the job as they were busy. The job was done beautifully. He had provided before and after pictures for me as I could not get on the roof due to my fear f heights. I would definitely recommend M&R Roofing. I will call them again to do my parents roof. This was our first time dealing with roofing companies. We contacted several companies, all ranging from 6500 - 13000 to do the job. One company in particular seemed to be inventing problems in order to raise costs. M and R stood out because their representative was frank, honest and personable. They did the work in just about a single day, and all of their employees were efficient and professional. We would, and have, recommended M and R to our neighbors.

The balcony liner needed replacement, under heavy rain, water will leak into the room underneath the balcony. M & R Roofing came and even though it was a small job compared to what they usually do, they agreed to help us. The M & R Roofing crew is extremely professional, they know what they are doing and what is best for the roofing problem. Very clean, fast and using top of the line materials. Last weekend we enjoyed the heavy rain for the first time in many months without worrying about water coming into the house.

M&R Roofing installed new shingles on my garage,removed an old deck and installed a new cedar deck and new flat roof on the rear addition and .Railblazers glass railing system.They are professionals and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price.

M& R Roofing stripped the old roof and replaced the shingles, eavestroughs and some aluminum on our house in the High Park area.

I want to first off by thanking the whole crew at M&R Roofing for fast and efficient service on my home and garage! I contacted them to have a bungalow and a detached garage re-shingled. The job consisted of stripping the house and re-shingling it, and laying a fresh layer of shingles over the single layer presently on the garage. Maciej listened very carefully to my concerns regarding my job. On work day, Lukas and his crew went to work on my house doing everything as described on the work order. They worked quickly and with expertise! I was very impressed with them and the clean-up was thorough to both mine and my neighbours property. "I had seen M&R Roofing at a job site on a street in Roncevalles Village and spoke briefly to Marcin Kiersnowski at that time. Later a door advertisement was placed on my front door handle and it reminded me that we needed new roof tiles on the sunroom portion of our house. Soon after I contacted the company by e-mail and Maciej Kiersnowski, the M&R Roofing Sales Consultant, arrived at our house and answered all our questions. He provided us with samples both in a coloured folder and actual pieces of tile. We easily chose the Slate Grey colour of Weather-Tite Technology BP Mystique shingles we wanted. Maciej had carefully measured the roof area and then provided us with a printed estimate, outlining the contract in detail. Within a couple of weeks, we received word from Marcin that a team would be arriving on Saturday morning. Carefully and efficiently, the two-man team prepared a drop sheet to gather the old shingles, removed them from the site, prepared the roof and then attached the new shingles as well as metal flashing. We had especially requested that they solve the problem when it rains that water dripped furiously from between the edge of the old tiles and the eaves. From our recent heavy rain downpours, we found that problem had been solved. We were satisfied with the work and we feel that we made the best decision in having M&R Roofing do the job.
