Our experience dealing with Dome was very good. They were prompt, and very clean. Their pricing was similar to other quotes we received. I would recommend them.
We have a 1 1/2 story house. Last year we replaced the roof and improved the ventilation but as a result this caused a situation of severe ice-damming (icicles forming along the eaves troughs). Dome sprayed foam insulation along the underside of the roof inside the knee-walls. This reduced the ice-damming, but did not eliminate it.

We come across ice damming issues all the time and are glad that the work we suggested and completed for your home made a difference. Unfortunately ice damming can have many components not limited to indoor variables but is also affected by extreme fluctuations in outside temperatures. In existing homes where there are kneewalls, cathedral ceilings and such it is hard to completely remove and isolate the exact cause without really opening up lots of drywall.
