This company was highly recommended to me; I was very confident in their ability upon meeting with them. But, sadly I learned their staff is incompetent, they have no respect for their clients money. I caught them snapping tiles and taking taking fresh ones as they pleased. Then complained they needed more tiles to be ordered. They insisted on using their own grout which turned out to be the wrong colour. In the light if I look at my tiles I can see all the crooked and sanded tiles. They mixed yellows with whites, everything is shotty. Washroom holes cut too big for fixtures, too small for toilets, uneven in the shower, uneven on the shower floor, not sanded sharp corners.
