Get Fresh Carpet Cleaning

Bill has been cleaning our carpets for 6 years now and I don’t see myself using anyone else. I think I found him initially by just googling carpet cleaners and he appealed to me because of the no chemical use, making it safe for babies and pets. Besides that, Bill is always helpful and accommodating, I can trust him and he always knows what to do. I’ve already referred him to three other families because he’s been so great.

I chose to go with Get Fresh Carpet Cleaning even though their prices are higher than other carpet cleaners because of their use of more natural remedies rather than harsh chemicals. They were great. Bill came out and cleaned our carpets as well as our couch. I have no complaints, the only reason why I wouldn’t rate them perfect is because it is a bit expensive.

Get Fresh Carpet Cleaning was great. The guy came and cleaned an area rug as well as all the carpet. He did a really good job of stain removal and I would say the price was fair. I found them here, on Homestars, and everything turned out great.

I had some carpet cleaned after I found the company on Linkedin. They were so good I used them again for another job. I think their services are awesome and William was great. The carpet cleaning was perfect.

Bill arrived on time and got straight to work! He did an amazing job and had no problems moving furniture to get the entire sq. footage. Kept his work area tidy and neat and had no issues wiping up extra water that dripped onto our tile flooring. Our carpets dried out quickly and have zero funky smells, which is ideally with four little ones running around!

I had just finished a year long reno and my basement carpet had taken a toll over the year. I contacted Get Fresh Carpet Cleaning after reading the reviews. Hands down this was the best carpet cleaning I have ever had done. Bill was so nice, prompt, careful with my floors and the end result was that my 30 year old carpet is absolutely clean and not one stain. Just a super job and he left me with a bottle of stain remover and when I need more just give him a call and he will drop it off. I would recommend Get Fresh Carpet Cleaning to anyone - high quality!

Bill came and cleaned the carpet on the upper floor of our home at the end of April. We paid less than he estimated since our carpet was fairly clean (our home is five). He was super nice and offered lots of suggestions for our dog who occasionally oopsies on the carpet. The upstairs still smells fresh and clean and he even cleared away the fuzzys that had built up from vacuuming. I have recommended Bill and I would again!

Me and my wife came home last Thursday to burst pipe in our bedroom. The problem was fixed but the carpet was disgusting after the flood. We made appointment on Saturday which was nice, technician cleaned our bedroom carpet and that took away that damp smell.Thank you, now we can go back to sleeping in our bedroom.

We've had our carpets cleaned twice in the seven years since we built our house and have always been disappointed. In that time we've been raising two boys (5&7) so you imagine the state of our carpets! Our disappointment ended however when Bill and Get Fresh came to our house. I know a lot of people may say this, but I'm not exaggerating when I say the carpet looked like new when he was finished. There was one stain that he could not remove, and he explained why - I've never met anyone so knowledgable about carpets - but otherwise he got everything else our kids had dished out. The price seems a bit high when you first look at it, but it TRULY all-inclusive, unlike other companies who offer a rock-bottom price and then say "oh, you wanted stain removal too?" My wife reminded me that the last company we had come in for under $300 ended up costing us about the same as Get Fresh by the time they got done with their "extras", and they didn't do half the job (stains reappeared after a few days...). We will be using Get Fresh exclusively to clean our carpets from now on - just have to remember to book early!

Bill/Get Fresh was awesome!!!!! I was confident that the only way I would have nice carpets again was if I replaced them, but Bill proved me wrong. He new exactly what he was doing from the get go and my carpets are cleaner and softer than I ever expected they would be. Better than the day I moved in. After a month I still walk on them and smile. I love my carpets again. Worth every penny.
