the pickering company of canadianhardwood flooring was the most cost effective, efficient (3 days for main floor), and professional installment I could ask for. they were recommended to me by 2 friends and they were the least expensive of 3 estimates. the estimate came in to the dollar, and existing flooring was accounted for. At $10 a sq foot including tax, I think it is a fair price.
