I would recommend Francisco to anyone thinking about installing hardwood floors. He's knowledgable, honest, punctual, thorough, flexible, and, above all, he's a very nice guy and he's very good at doing what he does.
He was very accommodating when we asked him to start a couple of days later (because of other works going on in the house dragging on longer than expected). He even worked on Easter weekend to finish on time. He forgot to mention that his estimate did not include the base shoe and ended up installing it for free.
