Perfecto Painting & Renovation

I called Rene after reading his reviews on HomeStars. When he came to give me an estimate on painting my entire condo I was extremely impressed. I had hardwood installed in my condo and Rene assured me that he would take great care while painting. Rene was true to his word. Rene's work is truly amazing! He is a perfectionist and takes great pride in his work. His attention to detail is remarkable. It was a pleasure having Rene in my home. Excellent job repairing the plaster that fell from our ceiling in the stairwell. Then painted the whole ceiling. He cleaned up every day (it was so clean, we wouldn't have known he was there except for the amazing job on the ceiling). Would definitely recommend him to others.

I phoned Rene for a small plastering job, and he came the next day to look at it. Two days later, it was done. He was punctual and clean. I would definitely hire him again.

We had just bought a 100 year old + home and two of the rooms were in desperate need of plastering and painting. From the minute Rene stepped in our home he made us feel comfortable and confident that his work would be nothing short of fantastic. He laboured for hours fixing large cracks, sanding,repainting the doors and trim, and even when one of the rooms turned out to have a lot of issues, he never swayed from his price on our quote. We hired Rene Vasquez based on the reviews in homestars to paint the second floor and the hallway after installing a new hardwood floor. He did the new baseboards caulking, drywall repair and painting. Everything he did was perfect, our damaged walls are looking like new and the house looks beautiful. He is an extremely honest and professional person and very nice to work with. We are planning to do more renovations in the house and will definitely call him to do the job.

Rene showed up when he said he would, almost to the minute. He was very pleasant to deal with and cleaned up his work area beyond expectation at the end of every visit.
The work was done well, he did more than we asked him to and kept to quoted price.

Rene worked on our kitchen last year replacing, repairing and painting the ceilings wall and trim. He did a superb job (see later in these reviews: Do yourself a favor and CALL RENE FIRST!) As you will read we were confident in Rene's skills, so when we finally got around to working on the basement we called him again. True to form, we got a quick response followed by a competitive quote and a prompt start date.

Everything about Rene is spot on. He is an honorable man with an equally superlative work ethic. Again, in order to catch any and all imperfections he shone his spotlight on the walls and ceilings and in doing so shone a "spotlight" on the pride he takes in his work. He is a stickler for detail ensuring everything is replaced, repaired, honed and primed to perfection; following up with finishes that are smooth and blemish free. Actually, the job is not finished until it meets Rene's high standards - and they are pretty exacting!

Do yourself a favor and look no further - Rene is your man! He brings a stellar work ethic to the job and he is a pleasure to have around. You'll be glad you hired him. In fact once you've hired Rene you'll never hire anyone else!

After researching multiple painting services in the GTA (Home Depot, Toronto Painters, independent), I decided to move forward with Perfecto Painting. The quality assurance that Rene brought to the job was significant which included plastering, caulking, etc. at no additional cost. He takes great pride in his work and it shows in the final product where job was completed on time and on budget. Completely satisfied both from quality and overall cost, and highly recommend his painting services to other home owners.

We needed a painter to fix the mess started by unqualified but well-meaning tradesman on a small but very important job of painting the new pillars and fascia on our front porch.. Rene answered my mail, came when he said he would, gave a reasonable estimate and finished the job within that same week. His work is excellent. He is a truly competent and reliable pro. And, as well, he is an exceptionally amiable,happy guy..makes you feel good knowing that he is on the job. We will defintitely call on him again for future work. Call well in advance because he is getting very busy

Rene was professional in his detailed estimate and showed up on time and did an excellent job.
This job was tedious as it required him to come back small amounts of time 5 times as the plaster set.
Regardless of this he was courteous, professional and did great work.
Highly recommended.
