Perfecto Painting & Renovation

As a first time home owner I am very inexperienced in this kind of stuff. It was nice working with someone who did not try to take advantage of that. Rene was honest and just made the whole experience no only easy but enjoyable. I am very pleased with the work he did in my home. The job he did was extremely proffesional and worth every penny spent. I will reffer Perfecto Painting to all my friends and family. Thanks!!

I highly recommend Perfecto Painting. Rene made it his personal mission to make our bedroom paint job and two ceiling repairs perfect. He has a very strong eye for detail. It is impossible to tell that our stucco ceilings were ever damaged. Our bedroom is now so beautiful you cannot tell it was painted three other times in various colors. The old paint, once showing in places, is completely gone and the straight paint lines between the wall and ceiling are a work of art. You would think Rene painted all our ceilings to get such a clean line and perfect color match, but no. There is still the original builder plaster up there, even in the case of the ceiling repairs! We decided to paint the bedroom trim ourselves to cut costs but Rene surprised us with painting the baseboards and gave them a beautiful crisp line. Rene even showed me all the dents and plaster imperfections in our bedroom walls and then fixed those, before painting too! I wish I had taken a picture of Rene fixing the ceilings. He created a plastic sheet chamber for himself so that none of our furnishings were damaged. He really is a professional. We have used other painters in the past but they are all about getting in and out, bringing in other anonymous painters to help them finish, leaving you to find all the details they missed long after they are gone. Rene is there from start to finish and talking you through it all the way. He also charges for his work and not his time. He will do a job until it is done right. It was very easy to have him around for the three or so days he was here. You can tell he is proud of his work and he should be! Thank you very much, Rene. We will definitely call you again.

I am extremely pleased with the paint job and minor repairs he did, he would always arrive on time and had a pleasing disposition. I can not drive since I am disabled, so he went to Home Depot twice to get materials he needed to do the job I hired him to do; and he never charged me. I felt he went up and above what another tradesperson would do; and would recommend him to to anyone.

My company is Oldnew design, I work with this company in the renovation and painting of a house in Mississauga.The job was excelent,with high quality. I am very happy for the result.

After calling a few other contractors to quote on my basement repairs I knew right away that Rene was the right person for the job. I had a few areas that needed repairs.... First my entire basement wall needed to be reframed, insulated, dry walled and my ceiling had serious damage from a few different water leaks over the years. Rene showed up on time every day and was a pleasure to have working in my home.
Once completed, it was obvious to me that my new basement wall is now the nicest and straightest wall in my entire house!!

The second repair that Rene did was my ceiling water damage... I was told by a few other contractors that the whole ceiling would have to be replaced and that "it would never look right". WRONG!! Rene's associate came by and in a few hours literally transformed my ENTIRE ceiling, even other none water related defects from something that should have been in the garbage bin to the nicest ceiling in my house!! I was completely STUNNED!!!

Usually when you have a contractor or someone working on your home you just can't wait for the job to be done and for them to get out as fast as possible... All I can say is that with Rene it was the opposite! He is such I nice person I was actually sad to see him go. From now on Rene is my "Go TO" person for EVERTHING repair related in my home period!

I almost forgot... As if it wasn't enough his prices are extremely fair!
