Found Rene on Homestars and were very satisfied with his work. After meeting with us, Rene emailed us a quote for the job which we found quite reasonable, so we hired him. Did not regret it at all. We have high ceilings and many corners and his work was impecable. Have received many compliments from friends and family.

I had Rene paint my condo a few years back so I called him to paint my basement, laundry room, bathroom, hallway, kitchen and doors & trim. As always, Rene was meticulous. He repaired the spackling on my basement ceiling, repaired all the drywall gouges, seams and even caulked the baseboards before starting to paint. I had some work done in my basement and Rene fixed the drywalling and mudding as well. Rene did a great job and I will ask him back when we paint the rest of the house. I highly recommend his work and he is a nice guy to boot.

Recently we had a water damage issue to deal with in our living room ceiling which after a plumbing repairleft a hole in the living room ceiling to contend with. We researched homestars and decided on Perfecto Painting who offred both drywall repair and painting services. At the same time we also wanted to get our main bathroom repainted with some minor dry wall repairs and ceiling and walls painted. My wife and I were extremely pleased with all of the work and you cannot tell there was ever any damage to the ceiling andd the bathroom looks marvelious. Rene was great to work with and was able to get the job done in somewhat of a short time frame as we had company showing up within a week of our initial contact. I had installed drywall on my living room and bedroom ceiling to cover the builder’s popcorn – I now required a professional hand to tape and plaster. Having decided to call Rene for the first time based on the reviews he had received on Homestars, I was not disappointed. After arriving the same day to assess the work, he gave me what I thought to be a fair estimate; and further, went on to complete the work promptly and efficiently in a few short days.

After contacting Rene, he came to our house to determine the exact nature of the job. Within a few days, he provided us with a very detailed quote. We accepted his quote and arranged for a start date. About a week prior to the start date, we provided him with the paint colours to be used for the ceilings, hallway walls, guest bedroom wall, master bedroom wall, and all trim. Rene arrive as arranged and filled all cracks and imperfections in the drywall. While these were drying, Rene painted the ceilings and removed all door hardware. The following day, Rene sanded the walls and applied a primer to the guest bedroom because we were changing it from a darker colour to a much lighter colour. Over the next three days, Rene completed the painting of the hallways, hallway closets, bedrooms, bedroom closets and all of the trim. All walls were done with two coats of the chosen colour. When Rene completed the job, our house looked like a different place - one that we could be proud of. Rene did a very professional job in a very efficient manner. During the week with us, Rene offered suggestions for other changes and improvements. We would have no qualms in recommending or using Rene again. Thanks Rene, for a job well done!
