Perfecto Painting & Renovation

Perfecto's estimate was competitive and accurate. After we accepted their estimate, work was scheduled to begin promptly.
Rene and his assistant arrived right on time and both were very courteous. Furnishings were carefully covered, drop cloths were used between our front entry and the area being painted, and the entrances to their work area were sealed off.
They both worked quietly and quickly. Workmanship was great and edge lines were nice and straight (as one would expect with professional painters).
Cleanup afterward was very thorough (in fact I think they left the rooms cleaner than they were before they started).
Bottom line... this company was a great find and we'll certainly use them again!

Hired Rene based on HomeStars' comments for bathroom and hallway repairs: He did a terrific job repairing ceiling and wall plaster that was deteriorating and, in one bathroom, beginning to mold and repairing sagging towel racks. He did such a good job we plan to rehire him for other work.

I removed the stucco from a 400 sq ft ceiling and the remaining drywall surface was very rough. Perfecto Painting completely re-plastered the ceiling, did 100% sanding and then primed and painted. This work was done on short notice and completed in 3 consecutive days. The result was a perfectly flat, smooth ceiling completely flawless. We are extremely pleased with both the service and the quality of the work and would not hesitate to recommend them. Rene the painter and Carlos the plasterer were extremely professional, helpful and showed great pride in their work. Rene came by the day after completion to follow up and ensure everything was in order.

I was referred to Rene by the guy who repaired my roof and called him immediately. Rene came by and we discussed what needed to be done. His quote was reasonable so we hired him. He was lovely to deal with, on time, welcomed feedback and did a great job! I'll be recommending him and hiring him again.

The ceiling and walls had been damaged by water. They now look new again. Perfecto painting did a thorough restoration of all the requested areas. They provided excellent and affordable service.

Rene has done another beautiful job in our home! We had a water leak above our dining room ceiling so after the plumber was done it meant repairing the water damage, patching the drywall cuts, reapplying the stucco and painting. Rene did it all. I had also been wanting to repaint the main floor so I thought it was a good time to do that, too! If Rene is coming to your home you do not want to waste his talent! He does very thorough work and his cutting in is beautiful. It is like a new house. Rene will show you the power of paint. He is often busy but worth the wait. We recommend him without hesitation.
