I had major basement water issues in my recently purchased home; I knew I required weeping tile replacement which I could do on my own. Graeme came in and we discussed the scope of the excavating I required. We agreed on a price (which was very reasonable considering the tight confied areas he had to work in). His equipment (truck trailer and digger) were excellent (which is usually an indicator of a persons commitment to their craft) and he was always professional; his knowledge and experience demonstrated by the results. One of the things that matters most to me; he is personable and a really great fella. No worries with Graeme!

I required a septic system evaluation to obtain a building permit. Graeme was very courteous and arrived promptly, early in fact.

I recently hired Graeme to complete the excavation, grade, gravel base and forming for a 30 x 10 patio in order to prepare for concrete. Firstly, if you are seeking an honest contractor who genuinely cares, look no further. Graeme is by far one of the most genuine contractors I have ever had the opportunity to meet. He works very hard, has great attention to detail, and does quality work. I would give him an a+ rating and would hire him again whenever I require excavation work. The forms look great and I am ready for the concrete pour and stamp.

I had a drainage issue in the backyard, resulting in water pooling around my deck near the foundation of the house. Grading was deficient and clay soil didn't help either. Graeme was on time, there was no bad surprise, no hidden cost and everything was done accordingly and professionally. Up to today, after a few rainfalls, the weeping drain/tile is working perfect!

I was having problems with water pooling on my driveway. Heavy rains would cause my garage to flood. Graeme dug a drain basin filled it with rocks and graded the drive. With the soil from the hole he added a little turn around half way down the drive. Professional, friendly and on time. I will be contacting Graeme shortly for some other work I need done.

Graeme is the a very professional contractor. A very trustworthy man who stands behind his work. He is a fine contractor who does good work. He excavated around our sun room on 3 walls and repaired some blocks, sealed them with black tar and installed drainage pipe. Great job and a pleasure to work with. I wish all contractors were like Graeme. He also fixed a window well. It was done 4 years ago and we haven`t had a problem. I would recommend Graeme very highly. He also gave us a good price.

Graeme is the best. He is very professional and stands behind his work. If he can't do something, he will tell you. He set our expectations and met them without any issues. Graeme told us that we should expect some settling, which there was, and, as promised, he remedied the situation and followed up with us to make sure we were happy with the work. Graeme is the true professional - he is reliable, fair, and gives you no BS. I hired him to excavate my front yard so that I could build a retaining wall. Graeme was able to navigate with great care and skill around the multiple services running through and around the excavation area, including hydro, gas, water, etc. I am very pleased with his work and would certainly hire him again in the future.
