I will definitely use Enchanted again.
Their call personnel were friendly and informative. The chimneysweep who attended was excellent, made helpful hardware recommendations, and was genuinely interested in ensuring I fully understood the service and how to optimize my fireplace use. He was also very honest about services that I did not need.
He left my rooms spotless and was very careful, on account of covid, about ppe and limiting his contact.
