A simple install took 3 days. The first tech wrongly wired it causing the furnace to blow a fuse. He then installed a faulty transformer. He said everything was good to go, but the humidifier was not working. They sent another tech who fixed the problem the way it should have been the first time. Unfortunately after he left the condenser pump started leaking, he came back but was told by his manager that he had to go to another job leaving me high and dry with the condenser pump running and overheating.
I had already left 2 messages for a
manager to call me back and never got a call back.
I scheduled a return of the tech, the next day a 9am but he never showed.
when I called the office i was told he had not been authorized by the owner Roberto, to come out, no appologies to me, no returns of my calls.
I was so upset and angry, i insisted that the owner contact me ,again no calls back.
Eventually the tech was dispatched and he was very professional and took the time to fix the job as he could have done the day before.
3 days to fix a simple job and 3 days of stress and anxiety for me not too mention lossed wages for 3 days
I have written a letter to the president of Bosco
They say 100% satisfaction or you don't pay.
They're slogan is How can we put a smile on your face to-day"
Well I am still not smiling, and it is going to take more than empty promises to make me smile again or use their service again.

Was unable to find of water leak as no signs only noise. Daniel diagnosed problem Quickly explained process to us and completed work quickly and efficiently. Will have future work done by him again.

Mike M showed up on time and willing. he spent 2 hours with me locating the problem which is the most difficult step. he had patience and once we located the issue, he had solutions. i really recommend Bosco plumbing. way to go Mike.

Mike M from Bosco is the best! Prompt friendly and very thorough service - even provided a full camera service of the entire drain system and outlined reasonably priced solutions to looming problems.

We had a plugged drain in the laundry tub. We tried everything to clear it ourselves, plunging, snaking, internet recipes and every drain cleaner we could buy, with no luck. We heard a Bosco ad on the radio and calle.,Someone came the same day. They were efficient, professional, respectful and did the job.

Two days before our son's wedding the air conditioner stopped working and the house became unbearably hot! We called Bosco and a rep came over to take a look within hours of the call. He assessed the issue and determined that we needed a new unit. It was an original unit installed by the builder and was freeon based which is now outlawed! Because of the obsolete technology, they had to replace not only the unit but all of the piping, etc. Besides being aghast at the unexpected and untimely expense, I was horrified that we would not have air conditioning the day of the wedding as I was expecting 50 friends and relatives in the house! Bosco came through for us. They began the work to remove the old piping and AC unit and install the new one the next day (the day before the wedding!) The Even with all of the commotion going on at the house with last minute wedding preparations, the Bosco technicians carried out their work professionally, efficiently, and were tidy! Thank you Bosco!

I was not happy being charged $55 for a diagnosis and a hefty quote for the work they wanted to do. Called a no-name plumber and paid half as much as Bosco wanted to charge me.

Called Bosco late in the afternoon because our furnace was not producing consistent heat and we knew where this was headed. Although it was not an emergency, Bosco set everything up to look after our furnace first thing the following morning. Received a phone call prior to the technician, Trevor, arriving to let me know that he was on his way. He explained everything he was doing while he was diagnosing the problem and provided us with reasonable options. Chose the second option, which was to replace the part that was causing the problem (the heat sensor). Trevor did not have the part on the truck, but was able to return from his company fairly quickly with the new one. He was precise and thorough, worked cleanly and was very polite and courteous. This is the second time we have used Bosco Home Services and would recommend this company. Pricing for the work done was reasonable.

Bosco, my choice going forward for plumbing and drain needs!. I just had my sewer main cleaned by Bosco. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The dispatcher Heather was courteous, attentive and accommodating and all three technicians Tony, Paul and Mike were professional, courteous and Knowledgeable. The service was done in a timely manner and with minimal mess. I was also given a camera scope assessment post cleaning accompanied by a quote for future consideration and did not feel pressured into making a decision. Being the son of a plumber who was both ethical and professional, Bosco instils my faith that there still are great people and companies in the industry, providing superior service above and beyond. Hats off to the owners, management and staff. Keep up the great work and many thanks again!

We were very pleased with the friendly professional attitude of the people sent to our home to evaluate and replace our hot water tank. They reviewed the issues with the tank and gave us good options. We chose a new rental unit and were very happy with the installation process.
