Excellent job, reliable and fast
I had to repair my deck and reinforce it as one side was going out more and more. I asked Nick for a quote and came over the next day. He explained everything what needs to be done and showed me how he would do it if hired.
When I asked him to come and fix it he showed up in the 2nd day.
The job was completed in 1 day as he said when gave me the quote. He repaired a few other little things as well, at no extra charge.
I got 2 other quotes from 2 different contractors, they were more expensive, and one of them didn't even have the reinforcement option of the deck I asked for.
Overall I'm very happy with the job Nick did.
I will not hesitate to call him again, if any other deck project is needed.

Nik completed our basement renovation in fall 2023 which included new lighting, flooring, insulation, drywall, windows, updated bathroom, laundry area and coat closet. He stayed within his quote and timeline. We were very happy with his work. He was on-site every day of the job, and he did most of the work himself. His sub-trades were very respectable and professional, and they cleaned up at the end of the day. Nik had excellent communication throughout the project. He responded to any questions within the hour if not sooner.
We were so happy with his work, that we had him come back in the summer to repair our exterior siding as parts of it were rotting.
We've worked with other contractors in the past and by far, Nik has been the best! He has great ideas and is very efficient.
I would highly recommend him.

Nikolai and his assistant, Cristian, met and often exceeded every performance criterion I had. They were on time, reliable, polite while always focussed on the work, creative, neat, and high quality. The project was to renovate a roughly L-shaped wraparound upper floor balcony set into the roof of a house built in 1939. Olmani Development proposed and installed an adhesive-based vinyl floor covering over a rubberised membrane which also sealed behind balcony wall siding, and new metal cap with the original ornate iron railings. Drainage from the balcony was also upgraded, and paint applied to siding and cap.

The work was completed in a week in late summer 2017, resolving longterm problems of leaks into the house which two other contractors, and extensive attempts by a home-handyman (myself) had failed to fix. After four typical wet-coast Vancouver winters since summer 2017. and some hefty storms at other times the balcony has stayed waterproof. It is also more aesthetically pleasing then ever. In an additional low-cost job Nikolai replaced and primed the wooden railing on the outdoor stairs from the kitchen to the garden, and made other small improvements at no charge. His confidence, reliability, pleasant practical personality, and adherence to a fair price quote all combined to make the project and my relationship with him a relaxing and gratifying experience.

We hired Olmani Development to remodel two bathrooms in our house, as well as refinishing our sundeck. The quality of all the details (pumbing, tiles, glass doors, etc) was excellent. The deck Nick designed for the back yard is a great extension of our house.
