A long overdue 5 star review and shout out to Your Deck Company!
I have known and once worked with Todd many moons ago when I was the Production Manager of a small construction company where we both worked. He was a hard working laborer who unloaded and loaded trucks, prepared orders for shipping and built wooden accessories during down time. I find it hard to put an exact timeline on it, but I swear I have known him for over 40 years.
Busy as we were at that time, smaller jobs that were called in for quoting were often passed over by the sales people who worked on commission. Some of these smaller fence jobs were given to Todd to do after hours and that's where it all began.
We maintained contact over the years as I had moved into the tool and industrial supply business and he was one of our great customers.
My Wife and I discussed having a deck built last year and I knew that there was only one Company I would trust to do the job for the right price, fulfill a completion deadline we had and build with superb materials and workmanship. We were not disappointed!
First we met and spoke of our wants and needs, discussed options and materials. Within days I was emailed three different 3D renditions of our vision and all it took was a simple phone call to make it a reality.
Pricing was excellent, their lead carpenter Dennis (Who I have also known for decades---kept the area spotless every day before he went home) was on the job alone working hard every day, and we could not be happier with the results.

This is our second time using Todd's company to build us a beautiful deck. The first one was 25 years ago. His construction stood the test of time. It was time for a maintenance-free upgrade now, however, as we grew tired of having to restain the deck every few years. We never once thought of using any other company besides Your Deck Company, to build us our second deck. Twenty five years later, the main person in-charged of the actual build was Dennis, who worked with Todd 25 years ago to build our original deck. Due to the price of lumber having gone up during the pandemic, the price of the deck was somewhat higher than we had anticipated, but that would have been the case with any constructions job done during the pandemic. Todd tried to keep the costs as low as possible. We did a top-line Trexx deck with an aluminum glass rail around. They did an outstanding job again. Perfection! Thank you Todd and Dennis!

It was a great experience working with Todd and his team. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable and provided a design that we were happy with.

The end result is nothing short of fantastic, and we're confident that we've added significant value to our home that will last for many years to come. The attention to detail and quality of construction is second to none.

My deck is beautiful. The workmanship is precise. It is exactly what I asked for and what I wanted and a year later it looks brand new. I love it. But it gets even better. My Deck Company backs up what they build. This morning I was trying to leave for the office only to find my cat stuck under my deck. I tried various things to get her out. Lacking the required tools, and as a last resort I called Todd Mounsey at My Deck Company who constructed my deck and within the hour they had rescued my Cat! Talk about goof customer service! Wow! Thanks My Deck Company. Both my cat and I are very grateful. Highly recommended before the case of the missing kitty but even more so now. :)

In my opinion there is no company out there with more knowledge and experience regarding composite decks than Your Deck Company. Todd knows the material inside and out and his crew are fast, efficient, and know what they are doing. If composite decks are not installed properly you can run into major issues. Hire the experts. Todd Mounsey (owner of Your Deck Co) is a true leader in the field of luxury decking. He managed our project professionally and expertly from the design process to the installation to create a multi-level masterpiece using Fiberon decking and Trex railings. His design included a multi-level dining area, seating lounge, BBQ zone, and integrated hot tub space. His vision overcame a difficult height issue: our backyard exit door is 7 feet above grade. He made the issue disappear with terrific design so that the house and the deck work together beautifully. Your Deck Company's highly experienced crew built the deck expertly with no flaws to be seen. In short, our deck looks perfect and by using Fiberon PVC decking, it will remain looking that way for many years of maintenance-free enjoyment to come. Because of our height issue, Todd chose tempered glass inserts in the Trex railing to ensure beautiful views of our professionally landscaped pool area. Todd even recommended the landscaper who did an equally amazing, professional job in our backyard. Thank goodness for Todd and Your Deck Company! He took our dream for a "cottage in the backyard" and turned it into a reality (with little to no maintenance too!) Our luxury deck inspires our friends to stand in awe and say, "this backyard is.... incredible". Thanks Todd for building our entertaining "Shangri-La". It's awesome.

Working with Todd and Your Deck Company was a fabulous experience from inception to completion. His creativity and patience was instrumental in helping us achieve our vision for a modern, urban backyard. Dennis and his crew were professional and helpful and totally committed to getting the job done.
