I had to have flooring replaced under warranty in my condo. The builder sent his crew to replace the floors and I hired this inspector to oversee the installation and help diagnose the source of a water leak. i was afraid the builder would simply lay new flooring over the old problem. the inspector was there to represent my interest in the diagnosis, etc. He also included a complete inspection of my townhome in the price for the consultation.
