Jason from A Better Way Plumbing came highly recommended. We used him for some pipe and drain replacements. He was knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. Price was fair. Jason is easy to work with and has experience with other trades, he's a great resource when doing renovations. he's busy so book ahead.

We discovered a wet spot in the drywall under our ensuite. As I didn' t know who could do a good job, I used Homestars for the first time. Better Way had great reviews and decided to give them a shot. I found Jason and his staff arrived at the scheduled time and found and fixed the leak quickly, cleaned up better than I after the fact and was cost effective. l definitely will phone him for future repairs. We discovered our hot water tank was leaking on a Friday afternoon, and, as usual, I looked at Homestars to find a repairman. Jason was able to come out within a couple of hours of my phone call, and had the problem fixed within minutes (faulty overflow valve.) I will definitely phone him for future repairs. Jason was effecient to deal with and very professional. There was a minor delay in being able to attend from initial agreement...but sometimes these things can't be avoided. Upon attendance the work was completed without incident and the bill was almost 100 dollars less than the estimate! It was a refreshing experience and I would not hesitate to utilize their services again.
