A Better Way Plumbing Ltd.

Our old hot water tank (about 19 years old) started leaking around the base, so I knew it would be time for a new one. The problem - this happened following the floods in Calgary - so new hot water tanks might have been a hot item in town. Jason called me within an hour of me filling out the request on their website, and was at my house by 3pm that same day installing a new tank. I was impressed with the fast, friendly service... And the price seemed pretty fair compared to a couple of quotes that came in after Jason already completed the work. I would definitely contact these guys again, they have earned my trust!

We had struggled with attempting to fix it ourselves, and got the advice from Jason that he could probably replace the toilet cheaper and faster than fixing it. He was in and out of here in about 20 minutes, and we love the toilet he put in! Low flow, and still very powerful! Thanks very much, Jason!

Jason returned my call within the business day and gave me pricing over the phone, listing the services and major components that would be included. The cost came in around my expectation based on my research, and better than some competitors I had called.

Since it wasn't an emergency, he came the next day within the specified time window. He and his assistant worked as a team, whipped through the job in next to no time, cleaned up, and triple checked for leaks.

They also helped us out with another little problem we had, even though it was not part of the original call.

The invoice was ready on the spot and payment recorded immediately.

While the guys joked around, they are serious professionals who dealt with us in a straightforward and forthright manner. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

I called Jason and asked if he could install a garbage disposal. He walked me through the various products he had available and I chose the one I thought would be best for my needs. We made an installation appointment for later in the same week - which I was thrilled about. Jason was very prompt, friendly and tidy. The job was done in less than an hour. He cleaned up his working area, walked me through the operation of the unit and told me to call if I had any questions or problems. Before he left, I asked him to take a quick look at another of my concerns with the idea I would book him again to return if need be. He took a look at what I thought might be a problem and assured me that the work had been done correctly - even though it wasn't his work and he could have likely booked a second appointment with me. I was very satisfied with his service and am really happy with the new unit. I would certainly call A Better Way again for any plumbing needs.

We hired A Better Way Plumbing to hook-up our new kitchen sink, faucet and garburator. All were done within an hour. Jason was able to come when we needed him, did a great job and cleaned up when he was finished. He is a super nice guy and we would call him again for any plumbing issues we have. In fact, we will be hiring to complete the hook-up of a new toilet, bathroom sink and faucet in the very near future. Thanks Jason!

I came downstairs this morning to find that my water tank was leaking all over the place, I called Jason first thing and he came round this afternoon and replaced both of my water tanks (the 2nd one was so old I thought I'd 'kill two birds with one stone') so I was only without hot water for a few hours. The guys turned up when they said they would and were both very helpful & courteous and I am very grateful for them going the extra distance to help me. I'm so glad I've found 'A Better Way Plumbing Ltd' as I now know exactly who to call in the future for any of our plumbing needs (in fact I have already asked them to come back soon to sort out a couple of other non-urgent issues).

Water heater ruptured at midnight. Called Jason @ 8:00 the next morning. They were at the house by 1:00 pm and finished by 2:15. Also looked at our sink and fixed a leak.
