Major Renovation to a 3,000 sqft condo

Not only walked away from warranty but threatened to sue us, we "solved" it by paying into trust with a lawyer and they didn't satisfy their end. We are now replacing the entire bathroom at our cost due to what amounts to fraud. Our new contractor is "horrified".
