We tried out Planit Builders with our detached garage and they did a great job so we moved forward with getting the basement completed. There were a couple design issues that needed to be addressed, but they were dealt with quickly and remedied. All in all we are quite happy with the service and product. Both the garage and basement quality and warrenty are better than the original builder's.
