Our basement renovation included a bathroom, family room and bedroom with walk in closet. We were pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism of the staff, the communication on the project, the BuilderTrend tool, and the end product. In particular, our Site Supervisor Joe Parker was fantastic to deal with and always went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied, to deal with any problems that arose, and to keep us updated on timing and what was happening with the project.
