We went with Planit Builders to develop our basement, and we were overall pleased with the entire process. From sales to final close out, Planit was great to work with. For us, communication was king ... I was very pleased with how responsive our manager and super were to questions that came up.
Very pleased with the quality of the work and how professional the trades were throughout the build.
They were not the cheapest option we were quoted for, but they definitely were the most professional. They follow all codes, bring in certified trades, add in services like cleaning and furnace tune ups, which were worth it in our opinion.
Recommended.
