I had my basement renovated by PlanIt Builders with a January 2014 completion date, however, it was actually completed by Christmastime. From the initial meeting to the final walk through my experience with PlanIt was good. Being a novice in the renovation field, I had a lot of questions and a lot of trepidation. Clifton Adams was the project manager for my renovation. He was friendly, knowledgeable and more than capable in all aspects of the renovation. He was quick and efficient to answer all my questions. He was easily reached by phone or email when I had concerns. While not all trades are created equally (some are messier than others), if there were any issues concerning any trade, Clifton was quick to get the situation rectified. I must say that I was a nervous client and on occasion I was probably more hindrance than help, however, Clifton would explain anything that I had trouble understanding and was extremely patient. I would recommend PlanIt Builders if only for Clifton alone.
