Our basement was completed a month ago and we have been so busy enjoying the space that we haven't had time to write a review until now! Planit Builders was professional and pleasant to work with right from the initial estimate consult. Don took his time with us and we were pleased to see that he did not push any unnecessary items at us. In fact, he saved us money by taking the time to carefully go over the pros and cons of items we were unsure we wanted to include when we began the process . Mark was a great project manager. His schedule and ours sometimes made it difficult to meet in person. A quick weekly e-mail to Mark re questions and concerns was answered promptly and to our satisfaction. Few concerns arose, and those that did were dealt with swiftly. The trades were present when scheduled approximately 98% of the time, and were extremely respectful of house and property. We have two pets and Mark made sure that the trades were aware of them and knew how to approach the house to ensure little stress for the animals.The quality of work is excellent! The clean up - immaculate. The project was finished earlier than initial estimates and on budget. two minor items were left outstanding. They were cleared up within a week of final sign-off. Thank you Mark, Don and the Planit Builders team for a very pleasant experience and a basement that is more than we imagined. The sewing room is to die for!
