My development went very smoothly thanks to Patrick, I had a few development changes along the way and Patrick made all of them possible and pretty effortless. If needed, Patrick even put in extra work to ensure that everything was finished the way I wanted it finished. I was working away for most of the development but, throughout the whole process I was in constant communication either through phone calls or text messages and he promptly responded.
I spent a lot of money on my basement on high end finishes and designs and Patrick delivered all of them.
He made the overall experience very painless and I would recommend him to any of my friends or family looking to have their basement developed.
