I am thrilled with my new garage pad. Romeo and his team were so professional and capable. They worked through every challenge and were excellent at settling my nerves too! A whiz with a bobcat, perfect and exact measurements and a beautiful end result. Thank you Romeo!

PART 2: I was so so happy with how easy it was to deal with Romeo the owner of TimeMax and how strong a team he had. These guys work long hours and don't finish until the job is done and done PERFECTLY. I was so happy with the one to one sincere discussions and how insightful Romeo is as to what will look good and what colours will match your home. Romeo is truly a Professional in every sense of the word. The most amazing transformation of my front yard from those horrible patio stones that move very year to a beautiful front steps that give you pride in your home. I have included pictures of the completed stamping cement job and the garage pad that Romeo and his team completed at the same time. Both the front steps and the garage pad were CUT by a super Cement man who knows how to cut and prevent future cracking. If you want a job done RIGHT the first time and for a very very Reasonable price with NO WORRIES then this is truly the man for you.

Romeo is truly a perfectionist and strong worker. He is so easy to work with! What a pleasure to have finally met a Trades person with such precision and expertise. Until the weather change completed so far is the design of the front stairs and all forms are beautifully in place with proper gravel and tampering ready for concrete. Romeo prides himself in the preciseness of his measurements. I have never seen anyone with such skills using a BobCat...Should have videoed Romeo when he cleared the lot and put the gravel down...Romeo and his team worked long hours late into the evening to make sure all was ready for the concrete. You can't just get anyone to do a stamped walkway as they need to know how much colour to mix and how to time the stamp process before the cement hardens and know the right stamp to compliment your home. I will let you know how the project finishes up once the weather is warmer and the lot dries up.

We were 100% satisfied with the work of this company, and would highly recommend them. The framers could not believe how square the pad was, and measured twice to confirm.
We met with Romeo on Saturday, gave him the "go ahead" on Sunday, and by Monday noon they began our project, as we need our garage complete before freezeup. It was completed within a week, and Romeo was "hands-on" throughout. Both Romeo and Andrew were excellent workers, gave alot of attention to detail and had helpful suggestions.

We had an old deck that we wanted removed and replaced with a new patio. We hired Timemax Construction to redesign and pour a new stamped sidewalk and patio. Out of the three companies we called from the yellow pages, we felt Time Max was the best fit for both our schedule and our budget.
We dealt with Romeo from start to finish he was very helpful throughout the whole project. Other than a little bit of a delay in the job due to the weather, the process went exactly according to plan.
We are very satisfied with the finished product, and we get compliments on our patio all of the time.
Since the completion of the project, we have recommended Timemax Construction to two friends, and they are very satisfied with the work, as well. I would feel comfortable recommending their services to anyone.

I've read the reviews of TimeMax on this site and don't get it. Romeo did two projects here: pour of my foundation pad and removal/lowering/pour of my driveway. All work was done with respect to my schedule - weather permitting of course. We encountered a few surprises along the way (unmarked/abandoned lines and water soaked soil under the old driveway) which we all took in good humour. I even put diesel fuel into his Bobcat's hydraulic tank by mistake (he had let me use it to move some materials on site - very nice of him) - and at no time did get upset. I did pay for the repair - but i insisted on that. The driveway and foundation pad turned out great and i've seen no problems a year down the road. I very much liked dealing with Romeo and there is no where else i'll go if i need to have any concrete work done. And since my job (re-build of a house) i've recommended many of the trades/services that have worked on the house - as - for the most part - they were exceptional... and TimeMax has certainly been one of the services i've passed along to friends/contacts.

At first they promise that they can do the job. They have very competitive prices...be aware! Then they come and they delay their work. Once the driveway is done and they have your money...if you need them to come back for repairs they DON'T!!! We are still waiting...2 years ago!!! I would not call them back.

Did not install pad as agreed. Colour was on top not in the concrete. Pad is not is the right place as agreed. Sprayed dark grey concrete stain all over siding. Could not apply sealer correctly - bubbles everywhere. Destroyed the side and backyard. Romeo is impossible to deal with. Angry, threatening that we had to pay up or he would tear out pad. We cleaned the siding and applied sealer correctly. We repaired the yard and he still wanted full price. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE SORRY.

Stay away from this company! The crew was careless when removing and installing my new aggregate driveway. They damaged my house and the street sidewalk. My driveway had many pits from the sandblasting. They did repair some pits but it is esthetically ugly. After the first winter more surface rocks are coming out of the concrete. Once they have your money they simply ignore you.

It took a while to get the contractor to come by, but once he did, the work was done quickly. The price was by far the best I found, but we had to deal with not knowing for sure when he would come. Luckily I'm a stay at home mom, so was home a lot. Otherwise, I'm not sure how it would have worked out. The work was relatively well done, especially considering the price.
