A home inspectors job is to provide an honest, detailed holistic view of the property under consideration. Andy does his job with extreme care. He is fastidious and passionate about his trade, taking the time to walk through the entire property with care.

As a home purchaser I know the warts and beauty spots of the house I am procuring. I would absolutely hire Andy again!

I've been in the home for a few months now. I've come to learn a few disappointing things that I would have hoped the home inspection would have caught. Namely the AC does not work, the heat wasn't flowing well which is related to the fact that the evaporator is toast. This should have been caught.
