We recently hired P&P Painting and Renovations for our basement and kitchen renovation. After meeting with several other contractors, we selected P&P Renovations because they approached our project in a professional way, very attentively listening to our needs and desires, and providing great advice as to how to improve the final product. Natanael gave us a timely, detailed quote and work schedule. His team (Walter and Mauricio) provided an excellent work and the project was finished on time, as promised. They worked very hard every day and they were very respectful of our home. They paid attention to all details and completed all work in a very professional way. We made the right selection. We highly recommend this company to everyone, our friends and our family and we will hired them for future projects.

I hired P&P to renovate my basement. They added a bedroom and a full bathroom. I am very pleased with how it all turned out. They were even very helpful with the design. I was very impressed that they went above and beyond the work they quoted me for. They finished my basement like it was their own home. They noticed a few things that should be added or changed and just did it at no extra cost to me. I am very happy and will hire them again in the future and also recommend to friends.

We hired P and P after reading Homestars reviews and interviewing different companies. They did a full basement renovation for us. This included: installation of porcelain tile floors with under floor heating, installation of a custom kitchen including cabinets, dishwasher, wine cooler and refrigerator drawers. They also installed IKEA and custom storage cabinets and an electric and gas fireplace. They renovated the bathroom which included removal of floor to ceiling wall tiles. They installed new cabinets, sink and toilet. As well there was a lot of electrical work and they also installed 2 quartz countertops and a quartz fireplace surround. Finally, they installed baseboards and painted the entire space. Mario was the team 'lead' and nothing was too much of a bother for him. Any smallest detail we asked him to deal with was done happily. The work was exceptional and the time line quoted to us was spot on. Considering the type of job that had to be done, the area was kept as clean as possible. The pricing was exactly as quoted, no surprises! We chose P and P because of the reviews and our meeting with Natanael. We are extremely happy we chose them...all of those positive reviews are true!!

We will definitely choose them again should we have another project and would refer friends and family to them as well. A job more than well done.

We are happy with the work done by Natanael, Mauricio and crew. The first thing we liked was, we agreed to a payment schedule that fit our budgetary requirements.

Once we settled all the paperwork and design, we agreed on a start date, which only got pushed out by a week, which we expected. One thing that we liked was the day before the scheduled start, they came and brought all their tools and equipment they needed to get the job underway. This let us know that they would be ready to start on day 1, and showed that they wanted to stick to the timeline to complete the project.

The team made steady progress each day, as we inspected each day after getting home from. Anytime we had questions or concerns, Mauricio would answer and/or address them to our satisfaction.

At the end of the project, we were very happy with how the basement looked and the quality of the work. There were a few call backs to fix minor issues, but they were addressed in a timely manner.

The only reason we did not give a 10, is that we are seeing a couple of things pop up after less than a year. We won't mention what they are here, as we are hoping to get them addressed shortly. Hopefully we can update this review afterwards.
In any case I would recommend P&P to any of my friends or colleagues who were looking to get their basement finished.

We just finished our basement with P&P Painting and Renovation and couldn’t have been happier with the process, from start to end. We were immediately impressed by Natanael’s obvious knowledge (having met with other contractors for the same project) and detailed quote. In fact, Natanael re-worked the quote a number of times as we decided what we wanted to include. We found the price very fair and they finished on budget. Our team was lead by Mauricio, who was fantastic to work with – very friendly. He was very responsive to our questions and was able to complete the job on time, despite the last minute additional projects (like major changes to our upstairs bathroom). The finished product looks great. We would definitely use P&P again and recommend them.

Jorge and his team were excellent. Timely, efficient and respectful of our home, they worked hard everyday to ensue the project was completed on time. All details were discussed for our approval before they proceeded. We would recommend this company and use them for future projects.

From the beginning we knew that we could trust Natanael - he was straight-up and knowledgable and provided tons of advice regarding items we didn't consider, including a beautiful staircase replacement to the basement. Mauricio Bustos and team were fantastic, hard-working and wonderful people to have working on this job. Despite many last-minute changes they were incredibly accommodating. More importantly, their work was fantastic. Our decrepit basement was transformed from a mouldy trap into a fantastic, DRY, place for our family to live in. P&P renovations did an excellent job with our master ensuite renovation. From the initial quotation process, to the consultation visit and project execution, Natanael and his team provided very helpful input and design tips.

The quality of the work is excellent and their flexibility was appreciated by us. Additionally, their contacts for purchasing materials (tiles & marble) were great and their pricing helped us keep the renovation cost under control.

Very high quality work, carefully thought out and executed. Ductwork and plumbing was moved to provide clean ceiling lines. On budget and on schedule, can't ask for more than that.
