We hired this company because of their high score and very good reviews. But it was a big disappointment! Before the kitchen renovation started, we asked the owner if they can also work on our laundry room. We asked him if they can push back our washing machine and dryer closer to the wall. He suggested to put a countertop over them and replace the laundry sink for $1200 (the price of the sink is not included). We ran some issues in the installation of granite for our kitchen countertop and it was resolved by giving us back $400. When we saw the laundry countertop, we were so shocked! The plywood that supports the countertop is showing,the countertop in not leveled, the white wood that support the side of the countertop looks old and worn out. The owner told us that we’re expecting too much. We decided to remove the countertop as it’s very depressing. The one good thing with this company, their workers are very kind and polite.
